Well it has been sometime since the last post. For the past few weeks I’ve been working through Kings and Chronicles which are very similar and I found very hard to get through. I think mainly cos it was repeats and it got really confusing cos of millions of kings there were and I lost track of isf they were from Judah or Israel.
Anyway one thing I’ve noticed is how far the fruit can fall from the tree. There were so many accounts of a godly king producing an ungodly successor and visa versa (which is a good thing). It made me sit back and think what will my offspring be like both natural and spiritual. How far will my fruit fall from the tree? Will they turn out to be a godly successor or and ungodly one? It is a hard question to ask and a painful one to answer.
